i really like it. it's much lighter in texture than pressed powders are.

the MA that sold mine to me told me that she wears it alone with concealer where she needs it - but my skin isn't good enough to do that.

i LOVE it. i'm working on getting my skin clear enough to just wear that and concealor too. MAC liquid foundation was behind an awful breakout i had but this powder is nice on. i also use the blot powder but this has a more natural and not flat look which i like.

Fabulous! I've been searching for a pressed powder with a natural finish. I really like BE tinted mineral veil, but it's not really portable and is a PITA to tote around. The mineralize skinfinish seems like a nice compromise.

And it sounds perfect for summer, too!

Thanks, ladies...will be stopping by the MAC store this week. Also, will be picking up the fafi eyes 1 quad and the fafi edition 129 travel brush (super cute carrying case).

Will do! The fafi eyes 1 definitely includes the most natural colors of the collection. Vanilla e/s is already a staple for me and I'm running low. I also use Pink Venus, but as a cheek highlighter. It doesn't do anything for me as an e/s. I'm really curious about the le shades in the quad.

Pink Venus is a lustre and those can be light. it's too bad that they discontinued Mink Pink, it might have been what you were looking for in pink eye shadow. if they still have Neutral Pink from the Naturals collection at your store/counter, take a peek at that.

Just checked out the Neutral Pink swatch on the MAC website (it's sold out!). The swatches on the site always seem off to me...it looks more purple than pink. Sushi Flower looks really nice too. I think I'll have to check that out when I stop by the store later this week.

I've heard great things about the NYX shadows at Ulta. Inexpensive and highly pigmented. Have you tried those out?

Neutral Pink is definitely more pink than purple.

NYX is not available in Canada - Ulta is not here.

Stopped by the MAC store today and picked up the MSF. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it!!!! It is exactly what I was looking for. Looks completely natural, but adds some polish and a little glow. I also got a shimmertone sheer blush in peachtwist, and lipglass in pop mode. :love1:

Get this--They were completely SOLD OUT of the Fafi stuff I wanted. The MA who is very similar to me in coloring (NC45) was wearing the Fafi eyes 1 quad...It looked fabulous on her. She was wearing one of the paints as a base and that made all the colors just pop. I may have to order online.

ETA: Just in case you were curious (not sure if they ship to Canada) - http://www.nyxcosmetics.com/
