I'm considering a texturizer...

What are the pros & cons?

How long does it last before you need a touch-up?

What are the risks?

How much does a texturizer loosen your hair?
(I want my hair to be as loose as the 3a-3c range. I don't want it straight.)

Is texturizing it at home a good idea?

Does it hurt or burn like a perm does?

What is the maintainance that comes with a texturizer?

Can you color it after doing the procedure? If you can't, then when?

My hair type is 4a, by the way.

looks interesting. I would check out the ingridentsand maybe contact Soft and Beautiful about that product. I wish I could give you some advice but I am transitioning from relaxed to 4b. If I could stretch my 4b coils that would be cool.
