Great for taking off pounds quickly and without getting hungry but longterm, it would just be too boring for me to stick to.
I wanted to try it for the whole six weeks, but couldn't keep on it. I needed a little bit of salt for my meat, so I kept up with it for 2.5 weeks and then for the rest of the six weeks I just kept up with everything else, except for the no salt part. I did work out also and lost about 6 kilo's, but it looked like I lost more because my body tightened up and slimmed down pretty well [I wasn't overweight though to begin with].
