I've reached my 9th month into transitioning. This month I've seen some friends I haven't seen in a long time and they like my hair natural. It has renewed my confidence and my determination to stay natural. Since the weather is chilly, I was wanting some tips for natural hair in the winter.

If it's cold where you live, you might want to wash your hair at night and wear buns or ponytails during the day. You could also do braidouts which work nicely on transitioning hair. You can do those twice a week to keep them fresh.
