using sulfate free or silicone free conditioners or both to wash the hair?

What prompted the question is, I read a post that said all TJ conditioner are CG. I wasn't quite sure what that meant. Thanks!

TJ is an abbreviation of Trader Joe's. All conditioners from this store, their nourish, refresh and essential conditioners, are CG.

Following CG means you are following the Lorraine Massey Curly Girl regimen. Part of the regimen is that you use no sulfates and no silicones. CGers use conditioners with no silicones, mineral oil, petrolatum, etc. to cleanse, and wavies are allowed a sulfate-free shampoo about once a week.
    OMG, LOOK!!

    ...It's a siggie.
