I've got that one (you know when we all get that one) that just won't go away!

    For really horrible ones that won't go away, I dab toothpaste on it. The redness and irritation is usually gone the next morning. Toothpaste should only be used in an emergency, but it does work.

    A paste made from a dissolved aspirin works every time for me. Dab on thickly, wait for it to dry, then rewet it and gently exfoliate with it and rinse.

    If it's a really big mother, I might have to do this a few nights in a row.

    Apple Cider Vinegar. Just dab it on before you go to bed with a cotton ball soaked with it.

    A dab of 10% Benzoyl-Peroxide mixed with a dab of Neosporin.

    You can say what you want about the South, but you never hear of anyone retiring and moving North.
