After lurking around here for a few hours I decided to register. I'm getting so many good tips and tricks! I've been in such a hair rut lately...I have a renewed faith :toothy7: I'm actually excited to "do" my hair 2morrow! I'm guessing I'm a 3a...maybe?! It kinda depends on the day lol I don't really have a great picture at the moment. I think I'll have to take one 2morrow and get some input :) Anyhow I'm glad to be here!

Whatever you are, I think we're the same! Your hair looks SO MUCH like mine when it's almost dry! Except I don't have that lovely color - mine's brown with LOTS of non-natural highlighting.

I have been lurking around the forums for a while myself, and have even started CG in the past week - I can't wait to see what effect it has on my hair. So far, so good! Although I only wash my hair every 3-4 days, so it may take me longer to notice...

I love this site and I can't wait to learn more!:blob7:

Thanks curly! I'm not cg yet...I still need to get the book. I use johnsons lavender baby shampoo with herbal essences breaks over conditioner, then I put on herbal essences breaks over strengthening leave in cream, herbal essences totally twisted mousse, and aussie hi-hold + hi-shine hairspray.

Yay! I have a hair twin lol jk I'm excited to see what cg does to my hair as well. I only wash my hair every 3-4 days too! Yesterday I decided to try something new...I put virgin coconut oil on my hair/scalp for an hour or so before I washed my hair. It worked really well. My hair was all bouncy and stuff. I suggest you try it :-)
