Ricky's NYC -- Product Overload!

Well, I ran out of Trader Joe's Nourish Condish a few days ago and have been using the only condish in my apartment -- a pantene treatment left over from pre-CG days. It's not awful but it definietly makes my hair feel coated and generally icky.

So today on my lunch hour I went to the Ricky's on 5th Ave and WOW ... I was so overwhelmed by the number of products! I came out with [buylink=http://www.curlmart.com/DevaCurl-One-Condition-p-55.html?utm_source=naturallycurly.com&utm_medium=text-link&utm_content=curltalk-post-text&utm_campaign=devacurl-devacurl-one-condition]DevaCurl One C[/buylink], PM Round Trip, and a little 2oz. pot of Miss Jessie's [buylink=http://www.curlmart.com/Miss-Jessies-Curly-Meringue-p-576.html?utm_source=naturallycurly.com&utm_medium=text-link&utm_content=curltalk-post-text&utm_campaign=miss-jessies-curly-meringue]Curly Meringue[/buylink]. I'm so excited to try them out! But I'm also a little worried that I will do bankrupt with Ricky's so close to work ...

Just wanted to share my happiness with you all! :hello1:

    Yes they have a lot of products but the prices are expensive. One c and all the deva products are cheapest on cosmeticmagic.com If you buy $35 worth, the shipping is free. They charge 11.80 for 12 ounces of one c. Ricky's charges like $16, something around that and cm charges $24 for the liter size while Ricky's charges $30.
    Hair type, thin, 3b, past my shoulders always looking for length. Use jessicurl hair cleansing cream, devacurl one c, angel, set it free, Always see a deva trained stylist for cut and Aveda Institute for color.

    Yes, I love this place. I'm so glad they sell those Miss Jessie's trial sizes. That stuff is expensive and I had been wanting to try it for a while now. My hair was a disaster!

    I can't wait to drop by Ricky's when I'm in Manhattan at the end of the month. It's my favorite. :love1:
    Rather than love, than money, than fame, give me truth. I sat at a table where were rich food and wine in abundance, and obsequious attendance, but sincerity and truth were not;
    and I went away hungry from the inhospitable board.
