Dry Hair after Highlights

My hair is naturally a very dark brown and I got my hair highlighted in July and again just last week. I had two blond colors foiled in one very light blond and the other a carmel blond. I really like my hair lighter I feel it brings out the curls, but each time I get the highlights my hair does get dry. I only shampoo once a week, and I put Redken All Soft leave-in conditioner in every day. But I think I may need a deep treatment of some kind...any suggestions???

I haven't used AGFF, but some weekly DTs would help. Jessicurl makes a great one! :)
