I Hate When This Happens!

I hate when I think I feel a knot in my hair and after I cut it, I look at it and it wasn't a knot at all! :x This happened to me this morning and I cut out a beautiful curl  Oh well, I know it's gonna grow back, but I just had to vent.

Preach on sista.....I've done that plenty of time. Just ticks me off.

This is the exact reason why I want to go to a natural hair care stylist to cut my hair. I have some texturized hair still in the front. My problem: The front part of my head is like 3c-ish and I was cutting good happy healthy hair FOR NO REASON! * :x

I totally feel your need to vent :)

Lol, I'm glad I'm not the only one who does this, but I'm sorry that you also cut off hair that didn't need to be cut. I'm going to cut my hair next month before going to school in the fall.

I never go near my head with sisscors ... every 3 months I go the hairdresser for a trim ... hse is one of the few stylists who actually just trims and not cut my hair!!!!!!!

You are VERY fortunate to have found a stylist to trust with your hair! Where do you live?

She always takes a section, trims, then shows me how much she trimmed off and asks me if I am okay what that and if I want her to cut off more or less ...

Jeez. I can't even find a decent haircut in San Francisco. :? I went to one curly place recommended here and was totally gouged for a mediocre haircut. I've been doing my own trims since then.
