Elucence MBS. :love1: I haven't tried the others, but EMBS is cheap and gentle. Can't beat that!

HCC is *very* gentle. When I feel a need to shampoo, I use GLS. I do that 2 or 3 times per month, at the most.
Couple of inches past shoulder length 3A. Shampoo every 3rd or 4th day w/ baby shampoo; Tigi Fashionista conditioner; back to Condition 3-in-1 mousse . Alternate days water rinse, conditioner and mousse.

Mine is Creme Of Nature Conditioning Shampoo...in the red & white bottle. It works very well for me, however it's the only one I've tried thus far. I may try Dove's and The Body Shop's Honey ones...

I haven't found a favorite yet. They're either too gentle (greasy & don't want to rinse out) or they're too harsh (squeaky & leave a stripped feeling). :(

I need to find something in the middle. Why is that so hard?! :?

I love HCC. It makes my hair feel "slick". It helps me not use gargantuan amounts of co when I'm conditioning.
My second fave is GLS, then third is that Tresured Locks Awaken Emu Shampoo that Laurabeth sent me so graciously!

I love Chagrin Valley Olive Babassu Shampoo Bar. It's all natural and leaves my hair feeling clean but not stripped. Here are the ingredients:
Saponified oils of olive, babassu, unrefined shea butter, and castor bean; and vitamin E oil.

I voted for Low Poo, because out of the 3 I'ved tried that is the one that I've liked the best. I've used Low Poo, HCC, and Activate. The latter 2 seem too creamy for me. I want to try the Nature's Gate and the EMBS though.

i voted other because i am using kiss my face whenever shampoo at the moment. i need something a little stronger than low-poo, but not as harsh as a regular shampoo. i've been liking this for a while now. does the job without drying me out.

I voted other. My HG poo is Creme Of Nature Conditioning Shampoo. I have used it for nearly 3 years now & panic when I start to get low because I cannot get it in my province. I was recently in Ontario & ran across it(actually I went looking for it, dragging my poor boyfriend with me :P) and when I found it I bought all six bottles that where on the shelf!

Other-Shikai Daily Shampoo, not as many proteins as Abba Nourishing for me and it really smells nice, too.
3c-4a; Protein Sensitive(forms of wheat, keratin, soy and anything "hydrolyzed"). My hair hates coconut oil and jojoba oil(sometimes).
