When do you work out?

I need to redo my workout schedule and am taking a poll.
If you work out, how many days a week do you generally work out and for how long? Do you feel it's enough for you? TIA

I usually work out 5 times a week (Mon-Fri), sometimes six if I'm feeling energetic. I usually do about 45min-1hour working out off of a video tape, then I'll do about 20 minutes of my own thing. I feel like this is enough for me. I also will switch it up. I have the Power90 DVD which is mainly cardio, then I have a Pilates tape, so I alternate every second day. This helps, because I don't think I could do the same thing everyday.
I also like the idea of working out at home vs. a gym. I just feel like when I go to the gym I'm taking out too much time and feel like I have to really plan around it. At home, it's more convenient. That's definitely all about personal preference, though.
I started a thread about working out at night, not too long ago. It definitely worked for me (I was worried about having trouble falling asleep at night) but I found a way to do it in the mornings. I really like getting it out of the way.
If I did work, I'd most likely work out before work. I remember just being drained at the end of the day.
since i work night shifts i usually end up at the gym early morning (7-8ish) or around lunch time. i really like the hours between 11 and 3 because it's not as crowded....well at least compared to 7 or 8 AM and after 5!

So...I get up at 5 MWF and go to Jazzercise from 5:30 - 6:30 while he goes to the gym from 5:30 - 6:30 a.m. I'd never be able to do it for myself so I tell myself I'm doing it for my husband and somehow that helps.
I also feel fantastic after working out in the morning...until about 2:30 when I desperately need a nap.

For the last 4 months I've been practicing 5-6x a week 90 to 120 min at a time depending on how I feel. I dont count the 30 to 60 min romp in the park with the puppers as exercise.
I know if I want to get in the shape and weight that I want, I'll need to add in more time and varied exercise, but I just don't feel motivated. bleh.
I tried to get up early this morning to do it...

I'm usually pretty tired at the end of the day, but the workout makes me feel SO much better.
It really helps to have a husband who gets up with you!

Once she started school, it took me over a month to start going in the mornings consistently. She's too tired to go after school (full-day kindergarten), but I was so thrilled with having days to myself I felt like I was "wasting" valuable time working out and not getting home till late morning.
I've adjusted now, just in time for summer vacation.
