Color Depositing Conditioner

I was wondering if anyone knows of a really good color depositing coniditioner that does not contain cones or contains easily removed cones? I really want to keep my hair recently darkened back to brown, brown!

I've only seen ones with cones. What about molasses? I've read that that darkens the hair.
    3a/medium texture/normal porosity

I've never used it, so I don't know how good they are, but the Deva line has color depositing conditioners, low poos & no poos.

Thanks, but I have it now and it does contain a cone. :sad7:

I don't know about molasses. How would this work? I imagine you don't just put molasses on your head. :confused3:

you can add it to your conditioner just like you would honey.

Also, some occasional hair rinses might do so good, not too much or you might darken your hair more. But rinses are a gradual process so it would talk a lot over time.

Infusions of rosemary and or sage
Also you can do a rinse in strong black coffee as well.

those are the ones I remember off the top of my head, there are probably more, but I'm still asleep alittle.

I mix up my own color conditioner with 1/2 oz each of semi-permanent hair dye and developer mixed with 2 oz conditioner. I apply the mixture to freshly washed, damp hair and leave in 15-20 minutes before rinsing. Sometimes I skip the developer and just use conditioner + dye, but the color doesn't last as long.

I use clairol colorgloss for this and it hasn't damaged my hair.
Type 2b. Wash: WEN pomegranate or fig. Leave-in conditioner: Alaffia beautiful curls for wavy hair, Spiral Solutions Protein spray. Style: Curls In A Bottle, Ecostyler, or KCCC.

What is developer? And I can use any conditioner that I already have?

I'm bumping this because I'm really curious about the answer to my question. Plus, I am wondering if the developer comes with the clairol colorgloss? (If not, what is a good brand and where can I find both of them?) Is developer only used for going lighter or for stying dark too? And does developer damage hair?
