Old Weight Watchers meatloaf recipe??

Many years ago I had a weight watchers pamphlet with a recipe called "Mexican Meatloaf". I would like to make this again, but can't find it. It used ground veal (half the fat but twice the $$ as ground beef), sauteed peppers & onions, lowfat cheese and plain yogurt (this is all I can remember). It's very tasty - good enough for non-dieters.

If anyone happens to have this recipe, could you please post it? TIA
