How I love my little terrorist!

Well, Elliot is five weeks old and I've officially returned to work today.
The last five weeks have been a blur of diapers and breastfeeding and formula and bottles, along with mountains of blankets and burpcloths and onesies. My days were spent feeding, burping, changing, wishing she would sleep and trying to figure out why she wouldn't stop crying. And now that I'm back at work where I can "finally get something done for a change" (my words exactly), I miss her like heck! I don't want my older daughters to know this, but I think I might love her more than I loved them!
She was 6 pounds, 1 ounce at birth and as of Wednesday she was 9 pounds, 8 ounces. Baby likes to eat.
She's getting some red fuzz on her head and her eyes are still blue. (I have black hair, dark eyes, olive complexion and people are SHOCKED that she is my baby!)
Oh, btw, I call her 'my little terrorist' because she wakes up at 3 a.m. with a loaded diaper and a list of demands.
Did you do it for love? Did you do it for money? Did you do it for spite? Did you think you had to, honey?

Awww. This thread is useless without pictures, though.

Geeky is my hero. She's the true badass. The badass who doesn't even need to be a badass. There aren't enough O's in cool to describe her.

    Yes, pics are a must!

I went to work when my oldest was 14 months, and I cried so much that first day. It gets easier, as you know.

This post makes me feel better - I'm going to have to go back to work after 8 weeks I believe. It is possible and I'm not a horrible mother because of it. Thanks!

Yesterday when I picked her up from the babysitter (her aunt) after my first day back at work she smiled and cooed at me! She's never done that before and I almost started crying. She was so happy to see me! I held her and loved on her all night. Working is going to be harder than I thought!
