WW Food Diary Thread

If no one else wants to join in on this, that's fine. I will HAVE to do it though to hold myself accountable. If I know I'm the only one who knows what I said I will eat, I will cheat and not feel so badly. If I know I'm posting it for all of you guys to see, I'm more likely to stick to my plan.

Breakfast: Whole Wheat Blueberry English Muffin w/whipped cream cheese (5 pts.) Glass of 1% milk (2 pts.)


Lunch: Cajun turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread (4 pts.) with veggie sticks & fat free ranch dressing (1 pt.)


Dinner: Shrimp and whole wheat pasta in marinara sauce w/veggies and whole wheat bread w/garlic (8 pts.)


Total: 20 pts/20 pts

    That sounds delicious! Good for you for getting a lot of flavor out of your 20 points! :) You're giving me good ideas.

    I PMed you back - I think combining our logs sounds like a good idea. I just updated my workout for today and if I remember, I'll put what I ate today. I haven't planned it out because I need to go to the store first. :)

    Saturday 10/12/07

    6:00 am breakfast
    1/2 cup steel cut oatmeal with 2 tsp of apple butter
    2 egg whites w/ 2 tsp of salsa

    8:15 a.m snack
    2 oz tuna
    1 cup salad greens with green onions, peppers and sherry vinegar

    10:45 am lunch
    2.5 oz ahi tuna burger
    1/2 cup red, green, yellow pepper mix
    1 cup salad
    1/2 cup of sweet potato mousse

    1:40 pm snack
    2 oz tuna, 1/2 cup frozen strawberries

    3:40 pm dinner
    2.5 oz ahi tuna burger
    1 cup lightly cooked baby bok choy
    1/2 cup golden rose brown rice

    6:30 pm snack
    1/2 cup lemon chicken

    4- 16oz of lemon water throughout the day
