Keeping announcements at top

Every few months I remember to check the announcements and feedback boards. Perhaps you could consider moving these forums to the top of the menu page so they're more visible. Also, you might want to keep a newbie thread or something on the top of each individual forum (not sure about infopop ubb, but many forums allow sticky threads that never leave the top).

    Webjockey also suggested just making them an html page. I think I can put a link to them up there in the header somewhere.
