I am going to a bbq this weekend and thought about making pasta salad (I don't cook too much and thought that would be easy). So I am seeking a delicious pasta salad recipe or a rec for something else tasty to bring....

Otherwise, I will bring my standby bbq dessert that is easy and always popular.....

8 oz cool whip
crushed pineapple
pistachio instant pudding and pie mix

Mix together in one bowl and enjoy.

So much yummier than it sounds!

You can throw almost anything in a pasta salad, but I made this one for my sister's graduation and it was pretty good.

1 box of tri color rotini
    broccoli (cooked)
    carrots (cooked)
    peas (cooked)
thick slice of ham from deli (chopped)
Bottle of kraft house italian salad dressing

Cook the pasta, broccoli, peas and carrots. Throw in a bowl. Add sliced ham. Pour dressing over the salad as needed.

Instead of buying fresh broccoli and carrots you can buy a frozen mix of carrots, broccoli and cauliflower. But fresh always tastes better.

You could also throw in cheese cubes, sliced pepperoni, chickpeas, chicken, feta cheese, parmesan cheese, basically anything.
