Your natural part?

Today I realized my hair naturally parts on the left and it's next to impossible to get it to part in the middle.

My natural part is in the middle (I submitted my vote :) ), but I don't really like it. :( I call it a "butt-cut" ... hmmmm ... I wonder why ... Anyhoo ... my part will move to the left or right if I comb it that way in the shower, but it winds up looking ... odd. :|

 That's funny RC, we have the complete opposite problem with our hair. Mine definitely looks odd parted in the middle.

    I don't have a natural part!

I do have a cowlick at the back on the right side of my head, though, and my hair goes away from it in all directions....

    no part here either!
I usually part down the middle though - I have a heart-shaped to round face and I think it suits me best.

I don't have a natural part. I have cowlicks all along my hairline and a few scattered elsewhere. I look horrible with it parted in the middle. So I alternate sides with no rhyme or reason.

Though my hair doesn't naturally part, once I do it it's hard to get rid of, and as I'm an infrequent washer that can be a pain too. The best way I've found to eliminate a part is to use a pick to comb the hair back and clip it that way with little claw clips and some spray gel (works like hair spray but not as crunchy) for an hour or tow, then pick out again. Or just tie it back for a while and then loosen.

My hair parts in the middle naturally. I don't like that, so I fix it to the left or right.

It's just slightly left of the middle so it's not exactly a center part but it's not a deep left part either. Both my girls have natural parts on the left. It was really cute when their hair was 1" long and parted itself.

I don't know if my part is naturally on the left, but I have definitely parted it there long enough that it behaves as such.

One thing I have been LOVING lately, though, is doing a zig-zag part. It makes my hair fall really nicely, and gives me root boost and a little extra volume on top.

I was never able to quite get the zigzag part down pat. It would probably be something that would have to be done for me.[/b]

Mine parts where I want it to part. Usually towards a side. Rarely part it in the middle. My face is round so I feel it looks bad with a "middle part."

My method isn't quite scientific. I don't follow the step-by-step directions, but rather do something kinda like this:

I use a long duckbill clip (closed) - though a chopstick or rat-tail comb or something might work better, I just use this 'cos it's handy in the bathroom - and start at the front, just making the first zig how I want my bangs to part, then just zig and zag it along my scalp going back toward the crown, then I lift it straight up vertically, help the pieces on either side fall where they go, and that's it! It's pretty spiffy, actually. It works best when my hair is damp (after whatever blotting dry I do), after putting product in, before root clipping and diffusing.

mine used to be in the middle, but i've kinda trained it to fall part left of center now...i wish i could get the whole no part kinda thing down...i think it looks cooler with curly hair if it's just there.
maybe i should try the middle part again...i can't decide where i like it more...left or middle...

Mine is in the middle, which I hate. I part my hair slightly to the left. Once it gets a little longer, I hope to totally get rid of the part.

My hair used to part in the middle when I had bangs, but when I grew them out I discovered that, at least in front, it parts naturally just a teeny bit right of center. It's probably hardly noticeable to anyone but me! lol

The past couple of days my part has moved from the left to off center. I guess this makes it a combination of left and center?
