Entering NC.Com Contest

I'm interested in entering a freebie contest here at NC.Com but have a couple of concerns.
(1) The contest entry form asks for a mailing address and e-mail address but the online form requesting this information is not secure.
(2) What if anything will NC.Com do with this personal information besides the obvious (winner notification and mailing of the prize)?
(3) And now my other concern is...by asking these questions will my possible entry be discarded?
I'm really not trying to be a spoilsport (and some may say "Then don't fill out the form. Don't enter the contest") but I thought I'd ask. Thanks.
