Do you wash your curly kids at night or in the morning?

My girls' hair looks the absolute best right after their bath... Then they go to bed and sleep on it - and wake up a frizzy, flat mess.

(I believe they are 2a/3a)...

Today, I'm going to try Co Washing this morning - and see if it lasts all day!

Today their hair didn't hardly curl at all

Well, a bit more than it did before I tried anything new - but not near as much as it did two days ago. I tried a Tresseme Co Wash on Wednesday - and today I tried an Aussie Moist Co Wash - and a Tresseme Gel. Maybe the Aussie Moist Co was too much for their hair? It didn't curl nearly as much.

Can't wait for Sunday AM to try again!

the cones in the tressemme could be weighing them down. along with the gel. try using cone free stuff like suave naturals, vo5 and white rain conditioner.

Thanks. I thought the Tresemme was a good choice. I'll have to get out to Target and try some of the ones you suggested! I just checked the labels on the Aussie and the Tresemme - and both have Dimethicone.
