Weave Stlyist in NYC/Houston?

Hi, everyone. I'm looking to get extensions sometime in early August. I have all natural 4a hair that's about 3 inches long. I would like to have all my hair braided under a full sew-weave. I'm scared that if I leave my hair out and press it/flatiron it often, that piece won't curl again. I want something that will look as natural as possible and that I can wear straight or curly. That's why I need a really good/experienced stylist who is pretty reasonable. I will be in New York the first week in August for about 2 weeks and I live in Houston. Any and all recommendations are helpful. TIA!
