And by downhill, I'm hoping that's the needle on the scale!

Playing with my hair is a hobby. Fluffy, fine natural 4a. Goal= Healthy, beautiful hair that retains its length.
Hear that crash? It's me falling off the CG wagon.

    Happy Birthday!!
I it so not downhill from there!!!! I'm 50 and I look 50. But inside I'm still 20. No one can tell me I'm old. I don't allow it. I had a handsome 29 year old stranger ask me out today. It's all in the attitude!!

You've lost 41 pounds????? Or you just turned 41 and are hoping to lose weight? I'm confused.

I'm 41 and I'm hoping the scale's needle will go downhill now.

I started exercising (walking & biking), & Monday I see a dietitian to see what I've been doing wrong & for a BMI. There are other things I'm trying to change too.

    Sorry if I confused anyone!

Oh, duh. I thought you meant it was all downhill after 41 and you were hoping to lose weight. Sorry.
Good luck on your weight loss.

I just turned 41 June 20th. I'm really pleased with my 40's so far. But I'm right there with you on the scale. Well, I would be if I had a scale. I tossed mine out the 2nd story window 18 yrs ago, & never bought another. I've since been both thin & Rubenesque & everywhere in between, but I've never bought another scale. The only person I'll step on a scale for is the anesthesiologist -- he's the only Dr who needs that kind of accuracy. :) Everyone else can look at me & guess. I pay attention to how my clothes fit, & my muscle tone, but not lbs anymore. Massively healthy for my self-esteem, & I actually like my bod. Good luck on your journey too.
