Curly Girl Deep Treatment- friendly from a salon????

Anyone know of a product that I can use, or purchase at a salon that will give me a curly girl friendly deep treatment? like the deep treatments you get where you sit under the hot lamp? Thanks in advance.

    If you're willing to order:
Ouidad DT is CG (I'm pretty sure) and it's really good. However there's a lot of protein so you shouldn't use it if you're protein sensitive, but it's great if your hair is really damaged.

[buylink=http://www.curlmart.com/Jessicurl-Too-Shea-Extra-Moisturizing-Conditioner-p-105.html?utm_source=naturallycurly.com&utm_medium=text-link&utm_content=curltalk-post-text&utm_campaign=jessicurl-too-shea-extra-moisturizing-conditioner]Jessicurl Too Shea[/buylink]! isn't really a DT, but a lot of curlies like to use it in this way. It's very good, as is Jessicurl's actual DT, the Weekly Deep Treatment.

    From Salon:
Activate Hair Repair is very good (not too much protein, either). Many curlies also like the Joico K-Pak Deep Penetrating Reconstructor (it also has a lot of proteins). I also like using DevaCare One C as a DT. It does have one cone, the a-cone, but it's easy to remove (just cocobetaine).

    HTH :)

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. I made my list. I am going to order some (not sure which ones... or all) and also make an appt. at the Salon. I will bet the Joico K Pak would be easier to find. I am so grateful thanks. By the way, how do I know if I am protein sensitive, I think I might be because when I have used the V05, or Suave conditioners... my hair was funky. I don't know if that means I was protein sensitive, or that conditioner was just no good.

    No problem!

You know when you're protein sensitive if your hair gets very rough and dry, sometimes even crispy, when you use proteins. It may also make it stiff and it may lose some curl. Suave does tend to have a few proteins, such as hydrolyzed milk proteins or amino acids (the building blocks of proteins) but I'm not sure about VO5. What kind of Suave/VO5 condishes were you using?
