Hair and H2O
One healthy recipe that certainly has helped me is good ol WATER.
I try to drink at least 91 ounces of water a day to help keep my body hydrated. I have noticed a difference in my hair and skin when I don't stay hydrated. I have also found that drinking plenty of water helps to radiate my hair's natural shine and luster (glow).
