Hair and H2O

One healthy recipe that certainly has helped me is good ol WATER.
I try to drink at least 91 ounces of water a day to help keep my body hydrated. I have noticed a difference in my hair and skin when I don't stay hydrated. I have also found that drinking plenty of water helps to radiate my hair's natural shine and luster (glow). :D

Here is a website that calculates required H2O based on body weight and activity level:

Please tell me how you do it? right now im drinking about 32 ounces a day and i can barely stand it! I use to be a chronic soda drinker, but i have cut down to just water, juice, and green tea with lemon and pomegranate.
