Ingredients of Whole Foods 365 brand conditioner:

Water, Cetearyl alcohol, PEG-40 Castor oil, Stearalkonium chloride, glyceryl stearate, benzyl alcohol, glycerin, dehydroacetic acid, sodium citrate, panthenol, chamomile extract, aloe, lavendar, thyme, rosemary, peppermint, and spearmint.

Would this work for the CG routine?

It's PEG modified so it shouldn't build up.

3A, fine but thick, low porosity, low to medium resilience, protein sensitive but not to silk

Favorites: Anything from Curly Kinks...their system is my new holy grail. Still liking Juice Organics Orange and TJ Refresh Conditioners as all purpose co-wash and rinse outs.

Awesome! It's pretty cheap too which is nice since I'm on a budget. Thanks a lot for your responses!
