Non sulfate poo vs. co wash

Ok, what is the difference exactly? I am thinking of using [buylink=http://www.curlmart.com/Jessicurl-Hair-Cleansing-Cream-p-103.html?utm_source=naturallycurly.com&utm_medium=text-link&utm_content=curltalk-post-text&utm_campaign=jessicurl-hair-cleansing-cream]JC HCC[/buylink], but would I be doing that in place of a co wash, or are they two separate things, i.e. would I use the HCC every now again, moreso than the co washes? I'm confused. :?:

HCC is not technically a conditioner, so it would be considered a sulfate free shampoo, as gentle as it is. Co washing is using actual regular conditioner as a shampoo and conditioning after.

OK, thanks. So I would just use the HCC every now and again to clarify maybe, and do they cowashes as usual?
