Apple Cookie recipe?

JaxieJaxie Registered Users Posts: 1,282
When I was in seventh grade my teacher made these awesome apple cookies. They were soft and had chunks of apple in them. She was supposed to give me the recipe but forgot and then she moved away and I never got the recipe. Does anybody have a recipe that seems similar to this? Thanks for the help if you can! ~~jax
