At home workout ideas?
A gym isn't in our budget right now but I'd like to do some workouts, mainly body weight training. I do enjoy cardio (running, hiking) and the hubs and I are working on our motivation to go out and do it. In the mean time I'd like to try some at home body weight exercises. I'm not super into using videos but I'd be willing to give them a try. Also, free would be fantastic.
