Can anyone help me with this hair!? My bottom half is lifeless snd wavy, then the top layers spiral?

    I also have issues with my bottom layers not being as curly.  Here are tricks that help me:

    • Put a little extra product just on that area
    • Finger coil just that area
    • Spend more time scrunching that area
    •  If you diffuse, start with that area.  If you don't dry your whole  hair to 100%, dry that area a little more than the rest.
