Ogx coconut curls, fructis garnier curl nourish, or garnier whole blends?

Hello! I’ve been trying to decide between these three product lines for awhile. I have type 3A hair. Ogx dries out my hair for some reason, but I love the way it makes my curls look. Garnier fructis makes my hair feel the best/softest but I’ve read and heard from my hair stylist that it might not be the best for my hair because it’s “waxy” (I haven’t really noticed this though???). I’ve also read good things about the coconut whole blends brand but since it’s new I’m also curious if other products from that line work.

Welcome!  Are you following the CG method?  And are you looking for conditioners or shampoos or both?

I looked up the ingredients for the GF Curl Nourish conditioner - it has a silicone as the #4 ingredient, plus a drying alcohol.  Not a good choice.

OGX coconut curls  shampoo has 2 silicones, the conditioner has 3.  Also not a good choice.

GF Whole Blends Coconut and Vanilla Conditioner also has a silicone and a drying alcohol.

None of those are good to use.  If you need an inexpensive drug store type conditioner, try Tresemme Botanique Nourish & Replenish.  ONLY that one - no other Tresemme version is good (unless you can find Perfectly Undone - that one's ok too, but it's been discontinued.)  Other good options are Trader Joe's Tea Tree conditioner, or GVP Conditioning Balm from Sally's.
