Do any of you use fermented rice water on your protein-sensitive hair?

Just curious, as I was considering adding this into my routine. My hair is sensitive to protein and coconut oil and it's very easy to overload it.

Rice water is a protein treatment, so it's probably best not to do it if you're protein-sensitive.  It leaves my hair feeling stiffer and it gives it more body, which is good for me since my hair goes so soft and silky and won't hold a curl.

I wrote an article about rice water rinses earlier this year, if you want to learn more about this technique!
