Which sulphate free shampoo to remove coconut/castor oil?

I have low porosity hair and I'm looking for the right sulphate free shampoo to remove coconut/castor oil from my hair. Devacurl no poo doesn't do it, my hair remains very oily. Something like Shea moisture African water mint and ginger shampoo seems suitable but it isn't available in Canada (very expensive shipping from the US). Any suggestions?

I think straight castor oil is very difficult to remove.  You'll probably have to use a good strong sulfate shampoo.  If it was an ingredient in some kind of hair product, it may be easier to get out.  They often modify it to be water soluble.
