Do I use conditioner after co-washing?

So I just picked up some As I Am Cowash because I hear so much good stuff about it. I plan to give it a try next wash day but I wonder if I follow with a regular rinse out conditioner after. Thoughts?
I have 2c/3a, fine, thin, high porosity (I think) hair.

As you will hear often - you just have to experiment to find what works for you. I personally do not condition after I co-wash and I don't use a leave in. I condition wash, rinse, add gel. That's it, unless my hair needs something due to dry winter air or has some other issue.

I would.  As I Am Cowash isn't a conditioner, so it won't be as moisturizing as it should be.  But like Jeepie said, experiment to see how it works for you.  You may be able to away with not conditioning.

It all depends on your hair type. If you have drier hair, then yes, you should probably condition after a co-wash. I've used As I Am for years and I have very dry high porosity hair. It's a great co-wash as it is cleansing to the hair and not as harsh as a shampoo would be, but I've noticed it always leaves my hair a tad bit crunchy and hard if I don't use a conditioner to soften things up a bit and put the moisture back in my hair.

Well I tried it without conditioner afterward today and my hair was FLAT and drier than normal. Next time I use it I will try using conditioner after and see how that goes. Thanks for the support and feedback!
