Is it possible that menopause/hormones are making my curls tighten up and almost crunch back up the way ...or is it something else? Despite growing hair over two years curls just tightening...and are now super frizzy too. Trying different products . Just wondered if anyone else experienced this...curls that just keep giving!!

Welcome!  Hormonal changes can definitely cause curl patterns to change.  So can gray hair.  I wish mine would get curlier - my grays seem to be a lot straighter.

Hormonal issues can definitely cause hair changes. Menopause, pregnancy, diabetes, thyroid problems can all cause issues with your hair. Here is some info on hormones and hair that you might find useful: http://mdhairmixtress.com/ask-md-hormones-and-hair-loss/

Mine haven't changed one bit. I don't know if that's strange at this point!
