Biotin pills vs. liquid biotin?

I recently read that we only absorb a small amount of the biotin when it's ingested in pill or capsule form versus 98% absorption when it is ingested in a liquid form. It could be a bunch of bunk or there could be some truth to it, so I was wondering if anyone had any experience taking liquid biotin and capsules. Did you see a difference in your results? If so, which one was better?

I only take a gummy. But Curly Penny on YouTube claims that liquid biotin under the tongue was the most effective for her. She has a couple of videos testing out hair growth formulas, but take her results with a grain of salt since she only does it one month at a time, and I am decently sure it takes 3+ months for things to really kick in.
