Oil for fine curly

I have fine curly 2c/ some 3a hair and I’m transitioning back to curly again. My hair really needs moisture right now and when I scrunch the crunch out it starts to feel dry and get frizzy quickly (humidity levels have been to 70 to 80% here). Anyone with similar hair have luck with using an oil to scrunch?

I sometimes use a drop of almond oil. It is light weight and helps retain moisture.0 -
