How to sleep with gel in hair

in Hair Type 4
I want to do a wash n go, but I don't know how I'm supposed to sleep with wet hair. My hair takes a long time to air dry, I don't currently have a hair dryer and I have no idea how other people can sleep comfortably with wet hair. Doesn't your pillow get wet or dirty?

You could try plopping. I would recommend doing it with a large silky/satiny scarf as opposed to a t-shirt since it'll be better for your hair.Probably 3A. Fine. Normal Porosity. Medium or High Density
Current Products I Use:
Suave Essentials Tropical Coconut Conditioner
GVP Conditioning Balm
Cantu Curl Activating Cream
Kinky Curly Curling Custard
LA Looks Nutra Curl Gel0

High Porosity - Very Fine Hair
Low Poo: Living Proof Restore Shampoo
Rinse Out: Living Proof Restore Conditioner
Leave In: Living Proof Curl Leave-In or Garnier 1 Minute Mask - Papaya
Treatments: Restore Repair Leave-In,
Styling: Living Proof In-Shower Styler with Ouidad Advanced Climate Control Gel Stronger Hold
I can't sleep in a plop because my hair is low porosity and will not dry in a plop. I wake up with wet hair.
