Is my hair damaged? Can I fix it?

My senior pictures was coming up, so I wanted to look nice. My friends and mom pressured me to get a blow out for the first time in years on my natural hair. I did a big chop a few years ago, then I got locs in 2016 had it for a year and a few months went back to my naturally curly hair and now I’m here. All I did was a blowout, my friends said my hair would go back to normal when I washed it. I cried a little in the inside when I got the blowout. It was really nice to have straight hair but I missed my curls.
So a week passed and I washed my hair and it’s not the same as before the back of my hair had 4c/4b texture and the front 3c/4a but now everywhere is loose the curls are not as tight no more and it’s not bouncy. I just feel so sad, I said I was never gonna apply  heat to my hair ever again and now it’s damaged. Or is it. Or maybe I just wanna believe it not. I feel like chopping it all off now, my hair is not that bad where it like super straight when I wet it but I could notice a difference.

You've only washed once? Sometimes it takes a few washes to bounce back.
Have you clarified since having your hair straightened? If you went to a salon, they're products probably contained silicone.
Be sure to deep condition as well. That will help restore the curl pattern. I would be surprised if your hair was damaged with just one session.

Thank you for your response, this was the first wash that I did after the blow out. I did deep condition but not clarified. But hopefully it will go back to normal.

I would clarify with a sulfate shampoo. I would bet money that @BrittanyM is right: the salon stylist surely used silicone products on your hair.
