How do i hide /fix this disasterous haircut??

I recently got my haircut at a salonnthat I trusted/ have been going to for 6 years. Lately the stylist has been off of her game, and the cuts havent been as good as they once were, but were still pretty decent. I decided to give her one last chance, but this time she realllly messed up my hair and I am ashamed to even go out in public.
I used to have long 3B curls and now its just a sad excuse for hair.
In the pictures attached you can see that she cut the very bottom layer so that it reaches my neck, but every other layer is much much longer than that. And the longer layers at the bottom are sporatically different lengths.
I just dont know what to do because I am starting college in the fall and I wanted to be able to wear my hair out, but that as well as wearing it in a bun to hide it are not options. What should I do???? I dont want to chop it all off because of this.

OMG, that's CRAZY how much she cut off of the underside!  Was that a dry cut or a wet cut?  Not that it matters at this point.

I think if you just snip the ends off the back to even it up and make it straight it would look better.  And then just let it grow.  You can keep trimming the top layer until the bottom layer catches up.

But despite the cut, your hair is beautiful!  Both straight and curly looks great!

Your curls are gorgeous. I'm sorry about the cut but maybe the top layer will hide the underlayer craziness?

Agree with the others. Curly it's not that noticeable. I am curious, was this a deva cut or ouidad? Do you wear your hair curly or straight the most? If curly, try going to another curly specialist to even it up. If straight, you will most likely need to cut it short to get it even. I'm sorry this happened to you. You have beautiful curls though!

Wow your hair is gorgeous!!  From your pictures, it doesn't seem that noticeable when your hair is curly.  I'd probably leave it as is, and keep trimming the top layers while the bottom layers grow longer.  That was definitely a strange thing for your stylist to do.

Those curls are gorgeous! :) Perhaps try dry cutting it yourself because once the curls have clumped, disparity of length is easier to see. :) Go by the Devacut method, cutting infjvindiv curls to let the hair take shape in a way that feels right. :)

@Gretchen My hair has grown so much since! Back in January I got it cut at the Devachan Salon and they did such a good job! I am about to go in for another trim, but once I do i'll be sure to update this post! Right now it is at shoulder length.
