    I have some fitness DVDs I don't use anymore, I never thought of doing a "swap"!

    I have a cardio striptease one and some bellydancing, and a pilates with band and ball one that I never use, off the top of my head. I don't have the space for the cardio, never got into the bellydancing, and hate pilates. If anyone's interested, I'll post more details about them.

    Well, if anyone besides me still has a VCR (OK! I'm old & out of date!) I've got some Karen Voight. SASE or just pay shipping, I've got Pure & Simple Stretch (viewed once) and Great Weighted Workout (never opened!).

    Edit: Cathe dvds swapped out

    Oh, and I've got some Baron Baptiste DVDs & a Rodney Yee yoga DVD.

    I have Cathe's KICK MAX dvd and SLOW & HEAVY (weights) dvd.

    I'm planning to get her Butts & Guts and Muscle Max at some point. I think.

    Ha, I've never played the Slow & Heavy! I've been doing MIS and now I think my muscles have it memorized and I need to shake things up. I tend to stick to a few workouts and do them to death (and then of course go crazy looking for new stuff).

    Have you done any of Tony Horton's (beachbody)? I was thinking the Power 90 Sculpt 5-6 might make for a good change.

    I have the beach body Sweat Cardio 1-2,3-4, and Sculpt Circuit 1-2,3-4 and Ab ripper. I have only tried both 1-2, and the Abs one. I like them pretty well. Anyone have any tips on how`to rotate everything?

    This is my current rotation (one per day):

    Weights (heavy)
    Cardio
    Yoga
    Weights (heavy)
    REST
    Cardio
    Yoga

    I try to squeeze some yoga/stretch in on cardio days too.

    There are some highly rated timesaving and combo workouts too. I don't think I make the most of my time....trying to change that. I'm limited by weak knees and major klutziness. I know you can save time by doing combo strength moves (like a bicep curl combined with a lunge) but due to the Klutz Factor, I'm pretty sure that I would just fall over sideways trying to concentrate.

    I think I need to change my weights, to one heavy, low rep, and one light, high rep.
