The front of my hair is frizzy and i dont know what to do

I have  a 3b hair, shoulder length. Lately i've been using shea moisture curl enhancer and styling milk.
the back and the sides of my hair are responding pretty good to those product and are not so frizzy and dry, i guess the front of my hair is more dry so it's so frizzy and i dont know what product to use. I live in israel where theres a lot of humidity so i need something strong in order to keep my hair not frizzy...

Sounds like you may need more moisture in those trouble spots. Make sure you really baby that area as you’re conditioning, use extra conditioner there, more leave in conditioner.
