I went to Iris at Curls All Out http://curlsallout.com/
It was seriously the best haircut of my adult life. I got a Deva cut (she is a level 2). I was told exactly which products were used and showed how much. I have had a Deva cut at another salon, but not as good as this. I even woke up the next day with great 2nd day hair.
If you are in north eastern NJ it is the place to go for a curly/wavy cut.
