So I just did my final wash yesterday, added some leave in and curl activator then ploped overnight. It’s extremely windy today and now my hair is all frizzed😕 how often should I be washing everything out of my hair and start over?

Well, I guess how often would depend on your hair an your inclination. I wash my hair everyday because I can't seem to manage second day hair yet. Many people wash EOD, or 2x/week. Many people wash 1x/week or less.

But if you want to get your hair back under control and don't want to wash, you could try a refresh technique. Basically wetting your hair with water or a refresh product (or conditioner diluted in water in a spray bottle) then scrunch. Works for a lot of people.

    Also, welcome! :)

Welcome to CurlTalk!  How often do you normally wash  your hair?  You might want to try keeping to your regular cycle to start with.  For me - that's every day, or every other day.  Other people may go a week between washes.  You don't necessarily need to use shampoo every time.  You can alternate shampoo, co-wash, or just water washing.
