Are Creme of Nature and Curls Blueberry products okay for Curly Girl Method?

I'm a total Newbie and I'm honestly just making it up as I go....I've been researching ingredients, and they just sort of start to look the same... I figured I'd ask the experts...
I use Deva, but recently came across Creme of Nature and Curls Blueberry...Are they curly girl method approved? HELP please!!!

Welcome to CurlTalk! I have some Curls Blueberry gelee, and it's definitely good for CG. I think the Creme of Nature shampoo has sulfates. It'll be good for a clarifying shampoo though. I'm not sure about other CON products.

I think there is one sulfate-free Creme of Nature shampoo (and it is labeled that way). I think almost all (if not all) other CoN products are not CG-friendly due to silicones. I think almost all (if not all) Curl Blueberry Bliss products ARE CG-Friendly. If you find something you like, though, do double check the ingredients list.
