Moderating questions - need opinions from users!

I'm a new moderator here, and while CurlTalk has been around for years, it feels new since the update!  There are guidelines for moderating, but they're pretty basic.  I'd like to get your opinions on how YOU want this board moderated.

I want to avoid being over-zealous and heavy handed with the modding, so I've only deleted posts that are obviously 100% spam.  If the post is iffy and there's been replies, I've left it alone.  But there are a couple situations I'm not sure how to handle.

What should I do with "oops" posts?  I think there's one here now.  Delete, or leave it alone?
What should I do with double posts?  If there are any replies, I'll leave it.  But if there are two exact posts in the same spot and no replies on at least one, should I delete?

And a reminder - if you see spam, please use the Report option under the Flag button.  Simply flagging it doesn't do anything, but I see the reports in a special section and I can take action.

I think you are handling things how I would. Delete spam, delete Oops topics, delete double topics in the same forum (I assume it's a mistake when that happens) if one of them has no answers, delete double posts inside threads (they drive me nuts).

I agree!  I've been deleting the double posts if there are no responses.  And I'm trying to figure out why the double posts occur in the first place!

@Gretchen Sometimes when I click the Post Comment button nothing happens and I click it again and it double posts. If I'm patient when I click it the first time it usually goes through.
