     I use grapeseed oil to seal my ends, its nice and light and helps keep the frizz away. I use avocoado and coconut oil as prepoo treatments, the penetrate nicely and provide great moisture.
    2c fine, medium density, high porosity

    --I'm located in Western PA.   --I found NC in late 2004, CG since February 2005, joined the forums in May 2005, started going grey in late 2005.   --My hair is 3B with some 3A, currently at mid back length when dry,  texture-medium/fine, porosity-top is low, middle is medium, ends are porous, elasticity-normal.   --My long time favorite products are Suave & VO5 conditioners, LA Looks Sport Gel, coconut oil, honey, vinegar.

    I use Beautiful Curls Hydrating Curling Oil as a pre-poo. I got terrible, greasy results using it as a styler, but as a pre-poo it's fantastic for me! Its top ingredients are sesame oil, sunflower oil, shea butter, coconut oil, baobab oil, lavender oil, and ylang ylang oil. Wait, that's ALL the ingredients!

    Actually, sometimes (but not often) I'll scrunch in a VERY TINY amount on dry hair if my waves aren't quite curly enough.
