Any lunch ideas?

I'm about to start a new diet.  I have meal ideas planned out for breakfast and dinner but I can't figure out a good lunch.  So far I've thought of rice cakes or a grilled chicken wrap on a wheat tortilla with lettuce, tomato, avocado, etc.  I can't think of anything else though!

Do you have access to a microwave?  I usually bring leftovers from dinner.  Another option I like is a spinach salad, with a chopped boiled egg or 2 on top.  Just be careful about the salad dressing!   You can add all kinds of veggies to that too.

I usually pack leftovers too. But honestly, my favorite lunch is a veggie sandwich. I just love cheese and vegetables between two slices of bread.  :)

Egg/tuna/chicken salad on lettuce or in a pita. Hummus and veggies. Cottage cheese and fruit. Homemade buffalo chicken nuggets and raw veggies with homemade blue cheese dip. Loaded salads with lots of veggies, nuts, fruit, homemade dressing. Caprese salad. Taco salad. Celery and peanut butter (or any nut butter). Quinoa salad.

Couscous is great for a lunch. Also you don't need to warm it. You can eat it like it is, without other ingredients, or you can make a salad: https://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/food-network-kitchen/couscous-salad-with-tomatoes-and-mint-recipe-1941817
