Using hair straightener - what hair products to use?

Hi,
I'm new to the forum but I was hoping for an honest hair product opinion. I have curly (I think 3A) hair which I use DevaCurl (curl cream/light styling gel) and It's a 10 Leave-in Conditioner, which I then let air dry. My question is: I just got a Dafni Hair Straightening Brush and it says my hair needs to be dry without moisturizing products, what the heck do I use to break down the dryness and tangle/frizziness I can't just let it dry like a messy lunatic (LOL), help please!

I wouldn't worry too much what it says, I think it means that you shouldn't use it on wet or slightly damp hair. Your hair can still be moisturized and you can straighten it, but as for a product, you can shop on this site for some.
I personally hardly straighten my hair, and when I did straighten my hair I made bad choices by using protectors that were loaded with alcohol and stuff like that. So, make sure you use the right heat protector.
    I looked up some
    Mixed Chicks 'Straightening Serum'.
    Dominican Magic 'Thermal Protector Spray'
Fantasia IC 'Heat protector styling cream'.
    Cantu 'Thermal Shield Heat protectant'
There's more too but I hope this helps somehow
