I need a gel or something new - HELP

My hair is very fine and thin.  Above shoulder length.  Just about everything weighs it down.  I have luck with deva ultra gel in warm weather or very humid weather.  But I need to find something for dry winter weather.  The deva gel still gives me curl but my hair is not fluffy.  It kind of sticks to my scalp, making my hair look even thinner.  Even when I try to shake my curls loose with my fingers, it just doesn't help.  Looking for a light holding styling aid that will work on my hair.  I've tried several mousses since they are supposed to add volume but I just get an oily look.

It's hard to say without knowing your hair type, etc. I have 3A/3B hair that is much thinner than it was when I was younger. I find creams/custards/butters/mousses all weigh it down (and I like lots of volume) so I still prefer gels that don't have too much glycerin or oils. I try lots of them but always go back to LA Looks Sport Gel. My all time favorite hair product.
